1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns if:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used capsules, powders, or herbal products.

Products not purchased directly from www.mekisnaturals.co.ke.

Promotional, clearance, or discounted items.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email us at support@mekisnaturals.co.ke with your order number and details of the issue.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a refund if preferred.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
