Welcome to the Mk Naturals Affiliate Program. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”) and your promotion of Mk Naturals products sold via www.mekisnaturals.co.ke.
By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Mk Naturals Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commission by promoting our herbal, wellness, and nutritional products using unique affiliate links provided after registration.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a valid email address and payment method.

  • Own or manage a genuine marketing platform (e.g., website, blog, social media, or YouTube channel).

  • Comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Commission and Payments

  • Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link.

  • Commission rates and payment schedules are specified in your affiliate dashboard.

  • Payments are made via bank transfer, mobile money, or store credit, depending on availability.

  • Returns, refunds, or cancellations will not qualify for commission.

  • Affiliates engaging in fraudulent or misleading activity will forfeit commissions.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Mk Naturals Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote our products truthfully without making false or unapproved health claims.

  • Avoid spam tactics, fake reviews, or misleading advertisements.

  • Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as required by law (e.g., “I may earn a small commission if you purchase through this link”).

  • Use only approved logos, images, and product descriptions from Mk Naturals.

Affiliates are fully responsible for the content they post and any consequences arising from it.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use “Mk Naturals” or similar brand names in paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) without permission.

  • Offer discounts, cashback, or coupons not provided by Mk Naturals.

  • Promote to or target minors.

  • Engage in any behavior that damages the Mk Naturals reputation.

Violation of these rules may result in termination and loss of unpaid commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Mk Naturals, including logos, banners, and product images, remains our intellectual property.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for promotional purposes under this program.

7. Termination

Mk Naturals reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time if you:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Misrepresent the brand, or

  • Engage in unethical or illegal marketing practices.

Upon termination, you must stop using all affiliate materials and links immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mk Naturals is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors affecting tracking or payments,

  • Misuse of affiliate links, or

  • Loss of earnings due to policy changes or system updates.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the preceding 3 months.

9. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms or commission structures at any time.
You’ll be notified via email or dashboard notice, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
