Returns & Replacements

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your product arrived damaged or leaking.
• An item is missing from your order.
• The product received is defective or otherwise not as ordered.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, phone number, and clear photos or videos showing the issue where applicable.

Unopened Products

If you change your mind about a product, contact us before returning it. To be considered for a return, the product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

Return delivery costs for change-of-mind returns are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Products We Cannot Normally Accept Back

For hygiene, food-safety and product-safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used food products, powders, supplements, cosmetics or personal-care products, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or another applicable consumer right applies.

Refunds

Once a returned item or reported issue has been reviewed, we will inform you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Where appropriate, we may also offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the mistake is from our side, such as receiving the wrong item or an item damaged before/during delivery, please contact us promptly. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund.

Please do not dispose of a damaged or incorrect product until our team has advised you, as photos or return of the product may be required.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable and may need to follow the applicable return process.
